Crannog’s restaurant team are passionate about bringing their guests the freshest tastes from the sea, so you’ll find a constantly changing menu that uses the best local catches of the day. Firm favourites like mussels and salmon might be joined by king scallops, langoustines, halibut or surf clams; all cooked in a simple and classic way that lets the food speak for itself.
As Crannog’s head chef, Stewart MacLachlan, explains, ‘It’s all about the taste and the freshness. When you have seafood this good and this fresh, you don’t need to overdo it – we pride ourselves on creating simple but delicious dishes that really highlight the essence of the fish.’
